About Us Siddique Ice & Cold Storage operates an ammonia-based refrigeration plant in Islamabad, Pakistan. We specialize in cold storage, block ice manufacturing, and agricultural commodity trading. We are expanding our dried fruit sales—sourcing premium products from Gilgit-Baltistan and other regions.

Position

Job Title: Field Sales Officer

Location: Islamabad, Pakistan 

Job Type: Full-time 

Expected Start Date: Immediate

Key Responsibilities

• Build sales channels for dried fruits (apricots, dates, and seasonal commodities)—selling to grocery shops, retail stores, confectioners, and bulk buyers
• Acquire new clients for cold storage rentals
• Manage block ice sales to restaurants, fish/poultry markets, and event suppliers
• Conduct daily field visits to markets, commercial areas, and prospective client sites
• Prepare quotations, negotiate deals, and close sales
• Collect payments and follow up on receivables
• Maintain sales pipeline in company CRM and provide weekly reports

Requirements

• 2-3 years of field sales experience (dry fruit trading, FMCG, or commodity sales preferred)
• Intermediate or above education
• Own motorcycle with valid license
• Familiarity with Islamabad/Rawalpindi markets
• Basic smartphone literacy

Preferred Skills

• Contacts in dry fruit retail or confectionery trade
• Experience in cold chain or agricultural commodities

Compensation

• Base salary: PKR 35,000-45,000/month
• Commission on sales

• Field Sales: 2-3 years

Work Arrangement

• Onsite with daily field visits
