• 3D Modeling & Design:
• Creating detailed 3D models of mechanical components (pressure vessels, heat exchangers, valves, nozzles, etc.) using SolidWorks.
• Ensuring designs meet functional and manufacturing requirements.
• Fluid & Flow Analysis:
• Conducting CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) and flow simulations to validate designs.
• Optimizing models for performance, efficiency, and durability.
• Quality Assurance:
• Reviewing and refining designs based on simulation results.
• Collaborating with the engineering team to ensure manufacturability.

Full-time position responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and installing all plant sensors and control systems. Requires expertise in Siemens PLC programming (TIA Portal) and SCADA development for industrial automation.
